Oh contraire, Mr. Jay. Unlike YOU, I am NOT a "one trick pony" who only raises his head out of his own self-indulgent sand to chime in on the singular topic in which he has a proprietary interest . . the scamming of the public for the aggrandizement of his bottom line.
Look about you in this forum, Mr. Jay, and check out the frequency, the scope and the quality of MY replies. Then put YOUR own name into the search engine and see what comes up. If you have anything of real value to offer those who come here, often in desperate search of answers to their foot problems, then let's have it. But if the extent of your "professional" skill and expertise is the evident selling of the patently ludicrous notion that the blind inserting of a rapidly rotating side-cutting bur into tissues which will most likely be collaterally mangled in the process, though such will be conveniently hidden from your eyes by virtue of the inadequate incision through which your crude instrument is introduced, bestows upon you the right to call yourself a doctor, much less a surgeon, then that point is effectively made by this sudden need to interject your two-cents herein, and therefore your trouble may not have been for naught.
Comments such as yours serve their purpose . . though not necessarily YOUR intent.
