The initialsof the DPM's are RK and JW. Are you calling me a liar now?? Of course these DPM's are under investigation by the State of New York.... why would I say otherwise. Many patients have come into our office asking how to complain to the state about these butchers. They are directed to the investigator for the state education department to whom they can make a request for a form to file an official complaint. These DPM's have logged well over 50 complaints against them and have made it to the judicial level in terms of the investigation. If they are so ethical and doing such good work, why don't they carry any malpractice insurance and why do they have no hospital privileges? Why are all of their assets placed in others names so that potential plaintiffs can't put liens on them when judgments are passed down? WHY???

And where, Dr. Capote did you do your residency training? Are you PSR-36 trained with a 4th year of fellowship? Are you ABPS certified in foot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery? Name one ABPS certified colleague of yours or an AOFAS member foot and ankle orthopedist performing these procedures.. Where are these surgeons? Are any of them doing these procedures in hospitals? Who was the last surgeon to give a lecture on these "wonderful" techniques at any ACFAS or AOFAS meeting??

These are not technically advanced procedures.. they are hack jobs performed by untrained, unethical, butchers out to make a buck from patients completely unaware of the ramifications of their actions. Show me the evidence-based studies comparing MIS to traditional open surgical procedures endorsed as standard of care...Show me these studies Dr. Capote... you can't because they don't exist. That's what educated trained surgeons need to see. I'm not ranting and raving.. I want you to PROVE what you say is true on paper, not by word of mouth.
