Look, Mr. Jay . . until you, too, can establish yourself as someone with an opinion worthy of value, best not to make such a blatant fool of yourself. So now you have opined that you are not only more enlightened and capable than am I, but, indeed, you are more successful. May we then assume that another of your acquired skills is clairvoyance . . . or is it simply wishful thinking which draws you to those otherwise unknowable conclusions?
What we DO know about you, Mr. Jay, is that your initial foray into this forum was an eerily similar response to Dr. Tucker, in which you fraudulently, so to speak, PRETENDED that your were merely a patient who had ostensibly recently undergone the horrors of traditional foot surgery . . . unfortunately, only too late to discover what could have been a most wonderful experience had you only known to engage a podiatrist enlightened in the "art" of MIS.

Dr. Tucker,
I have done all the research. I just wish I had done it before I had my foot done by your barbaric technique. The doctor I went to was part of an orthopedic group just like you are. Apparently, they only let the podiatrist do the very minor surgery as they consider all podiatrists as "Quasi" doctors. I'm sure you are limited in your practice too by your orthopedic buddies. Remember, they are the real doctors! You offer to your patients nothing more than they do.. procedures which are over a hundred years old. These podiatrists who do minimally invasive foot surgery offer us a better way to do foot surgery. Little if any pain, no stiches, no pins, no screws,little time off from work and best of all..great results.
I feel sorry for you. You have to live in the shadow of orthopedic doctors while others in your profession are doing cutting edge work that you cannot offer. Try getting out more. See the world from the patient's perspective. Minimally invasive foot surgery is the future of foot surgery. You, sir, are the past.

And NOW we discover that perhaps, in truth, Mr. Jay, you had quite another agenda altogether . . nes pas?? . . Perhaps one borne out of proprietary interests, and replete with some of the very same self-serving pablum no doubt well-learned at those "educational" sessions at the airport motel where surgical technique was supposedly being taught . . proprietary interest for the improved health of your personal bank account rather than that of your patients feet?
So spare, us all, Mr. Jay, your now obviously hollow claim of integrity, along with what I am certain is your apparent bent for the ubiquitous use of pejorative psychological diagnoses for those with whom you can neither agree nor offer reasonable retort.
Lastly, your alluding to what may or may not be my political affiliation would seem to be rather out of place in this discussion . . even for YOU, Mr. Jay.
