Getting a bit hot under the collar, are you, Mr. Jay, as you twist slowly and painfully in the wind at being exposed as someone who has unsuccessfully attempted to deceive the readers of this forum. I suppose that either you never suspected that someone would reference your former post, or perhaps you had forgotten that you had previously knowingly and purposefully obfuscated both the nature of your true "professional" identity and the self-serving purpose which engendered your previous response. Ain't search engines wonderful.

Squirm and deny as you will, Mr. Jay, but you are no more convincing in the disowning of your alter ego than you are in your assertions regarding the efficacy of the so-called surgical techniques which you advocate as total replacement for traditional foot surgery, and your insidious attempts to associate them with the truly state of the art minimally invasive procedures as performed under endoscopic visualization by other surgical disciplines. For shame . . for shame . . Mr. Jay.

Further protestations and denials of your shamefully disingenuous behavior will only serve to dig for yourself an even deeper hole and the assured disdain of the readers herein.
