Hi Kim,I too have been troubled with foot problems:-plantar fascitis? nuroma? tarsal tunnel?heel spur?...no-one seems to know what to do for me.Have had 2 ultra sound guided injections into the area both promising GREAT results...very uncomfortable process which removed the swelling temporarily....finally resorted to Physiotherapist who has been treating my foot with accupunture,ultrasound,deep massage and taping...yea I can walk now!!!definately worth a try.....goodluck
